Born Again Filipino Work Force

I know of a business operating here in the Philippines that now employs almost exclusively born again Christians.  I have talked to the owner of the business who is Christian, but not born again Christian, and he explained that in their experience they have found them to be the most reliable hard working and lest troublesome of all the employees. 

I would need to ask specifically but I am pretty sure that the preference for employing born again Christians just evolved through personal referrals as more staff were needed.

They certainly do not exclusively employ born again Christians but it would be fair to say that they are more willing to consider a born again based on their past experience.

One common issue I believe that avoid is relationship problems.  The born again Christians tend not to get into the emotional dramas like many other young Filipinos. They also tend to be more reliable (also punctual) and work focussed. I have been to the office and its all heads down and work from what I observed.

I am not advocating this practice and while I would have no issue employing a born again Christian, I would not want to have a work force that are predominantly born again Christian.
